The Girardin family has been established in the village
of Santenay for several generations
of winegrowers.
My
journey
My BTS Viticulture-Oenology passed to the wine school of Beaune and my business license in Bordeaux allowed me to make many meetings and create friendships with winegrowers from all French wine regions.
My return to the family estate took place in 2011 when my father Yves passed on his know-how, his courage and his passion for this profession to me
My
domain
My 8-hectare estate, created in 2020 after the takeover of family plots and the purchase of vines, allows me to express my ideas alone in the vineyard and in the cellar.
The goal is to let nature do as much as possible in order to transcend and respect the terroirs that I work on a daily basis. My wines are worked and matured for 18 months.
